Great news for Queensland residents! Starting from 1 July 2024, eligible households will receive a $1,000 rebate on their electricity bills as part of the Queensland Cost of Living Rebate initiative. This rebate will be automatically applied to the bills of eligible residential customers, providing much-needed relief from electricity expenses. To qualify, residents must have an electricity account with their provider on 1 July 2024 and be separately metered and charged for their own electricity consumption.
